A quick word about your photos…

I’m a photographer that doesn’t rely on sales of printed photos.  Since I charge an hourly fee for my services, you have the right to use your photos as you see fit with the limitation that you cannot use them for commercial purposes unless we have an agreement in place.

Technically speaking I own the copyright to the photos, however you have the right to print them wherever you wish as well as put them on Facebook or similar sharing services.  You do not have to state that Phil Morris Jr. was the photographer, but it will be appreciated if you do.
