The way I do photography is simple. More and more people are interested in just the images. They want to send photos to friends & family, post them on web sites and put them in videos. It is becoming more rare for people to want prints for the bulk of their photography. So I cater to those people who just want the images. Am I crazy?  Maybe.  But so far I have found that people really appreciate this difference.

Since you get all the images there may certainly be a few you want to print. You have my permission to print your photos any way you see fit, be it an online service, a local photo lab or your home printer.  On almost all of my shoots I’ll print out a few of the best images to include with your disk.  But you are welcome to print any and all of your photos.

However, a truly great photo requires a professional photo lab to process and print the photos.  When you want a superior photo of any size, I have access to these labs with exceptional detail in color matching to ensure that the photos will come out gorgeous.  I have worked with several labs to setup a color profile so that the image on the screen will be exactly what is printed.  I don’t really charge anything over my cost to get these prints.  But they are mail-order so they do take some time to get.
